Terms and Conditions

Thank you for visiting our online store.   The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made through this website.  By placing/completing an order you will be deemed to have accepted these terms.

General Information

All products are subject to availability.  All sizes and measurements are based on standard generally accepted sizing.

GST will be applied to all purchases shipping to Canadian addresses.

Costumechik reserves the right to cancel any order and/or refuse shipment and provide a refund at their discretion.

Postage and Packaging

Subject to stock availability, orders are shipped same or next business day via Canada Post or FedEx Ground.  Upon special request, we will ship FedEx First Day or Second Day or Canada Post Xpresspost for expedited delivery. 

Costumechik will not be responsible for any duty or taxes on goods delivered to addresses outside Canada, the recipient will be responsible to pay these directely where applicable.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within a few days of the receipt of your item and we will work with you to determine the best solution.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, you may return it to us (unused and in its original packaging) within 7 days of delivery, for an exchange, credit or refund of purchase price.  Items must be returned in their original packaging  Shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is initiated due to our error.  Please note that items returned do not become our responsibility until received by us.  We recommend that the goods are returned by a recorded delivery service (with a tracking number).  Please note, we do not accept C.O.D. packages.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

No returns or exchanges of used or worn items.
